Terms of Service

  1. By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately.
  2. We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program
  3. You are allowed one account per IP address or household. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited. You have to provide a valid email address upon registering.
    Your upline cannot be changed.
  4. It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.
  5. We remain the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating or general misuse of the system.
  6. All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
  7. The money you earn with the click of yours referrals is directly related to the number of clicks you make. You must click at least 4 ads per day as a Standard member and 8 ads per day as a Mini/Professional or Orange member to receive all the clicks made by your referrals. If you click less than the minimum required, the maximum you will receive is the amount of clicks made, multiplied by the number of your referrals. The clicks of these will always be calculated based on the clicks data of the previous day. Failure to click ads the previous day will result in no referral clicks credited the following day.
  8. The clicks made by your referrals will be credited to your account instantly. However, depending on the server load, they can be credited within 24 hours. You can rent referrals only when they are available.
  9. There is a maximum number of referrals that can be obtained per account. This value varies based on your account type and membership activity. The base values can be viewed in the Upgrade member section .As an Upgrade member.there is no maximum number of referrals you may have UNLIMITED Direct referrals.
  10. As an Upgrade Membership for a given period is given ends, the Direct Referrals returned to the number of the then-current Membership. This is done automatically randomly.
  11. BuxRefLink is not a pyramid scheme and therefore we do not reward you for the referrals from people you refer.
  12. All payments will be made via AlertPay/Paypal. No other payment methods are supported right now. All payments are INSTANTLY for ALL Members. BuxRefLink members are expected to accept their payments via their payment processor within 30 days of of being paid. Failure to do so will result in the payment being cleared from our system and nonrefundable.
  13. You are required to request payouts through the payment gateway you have invested most with.
    Note:BuxRefLink is not responsible for your investment, it`s you!
  14. Guaranteed payout each Investment in AP/PP Account up to150% (Orange member).
    If you make a payout request, the percentage (120%-130%-140%-150%) for your maximum profit applies to the then current-membership.
  15. Don`t forget to upload your screenshot ON-SITE AND ON OUR FORUM directly (within 24 hours) after getting paid.... in order to get your next payout!!
  16. Accounts can be suspended for inactivity. We may suspend an account if found to be inactive for at least 30 days from the date of creation. We do not delete user accounts for any reasons.
  17. We will not be held liable for acts of war, god, nature or any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to BuxRefLink and are therefore beyond our control. This includes anything caused by our users, host or our service providers.We reserve complete rights to modify or update our website(BuxRefLink) at any time.
  18. To agree to the Terms Of Services you give us permission to use your account for advertising purposes.
  19. By joining BuxRefLink, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you.
  20. Should I have to invest as a Standard member to cash out?
    Yes as a Standard member, you must invest at least $6 to be able to apply for a payout.
